This policy explains what Sanos Eat Fit ("Sanos", "we") collects when you use sanosfit.com, message us or order a meal plan, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Sanos Eat Fit, 228 Jumeirah Street, Jumeirah 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +971 58 873 4676.

What we collect

When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp name and the messages you send, including the plan you built on our site. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
When you send a form on our site: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), your goal and your message, plus the page you sent it from. The form is delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend.
When you order: what we need to prepare and deliver your meals, such as your delivery address, delivery notes and any allergies or foods you avoid that you tell us about.
When you browse the site: Google Analytics 4 records which pages you visit, how you got here, your device and browser and your approximate location (city level). It uses cookies for this. We do not use it to identify you by name.
Hosting: the site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.

The calorie calculator on our guides runs in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us or stored.

Why we use it

To answer your questions and send you your price.
To prepare, deliver and support your meal plan.
To keep the site working, secure and easy to use, and to see which pages help people.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything you would not expect from the list above.

Only with the services that help us run Sanos: Meta (WhatsApp), Resend (form emails), Google (Analytics), Cloudflare (hosting), and the drivers or delivery partners who bring your meals, who get your name, phone number and address for that delivery only. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and order details for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep proper business records, then delete them. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account and then deleted automatically.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 873 4676 and we will reply within 30 days.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Changes

If we change this policy we update this page and the date at the top.
