Welcome to Sanosfit! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website www.sanosfit.com, and our mobile applications ("Platform"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under UAE law to use our Platform. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Services Offered
Sanosfit operates as a single-vendor, multi-branch restaurant offering diet-conscious meal plans and food delivery through online ordering. We also provide a platform for delivery partners to facilitate food logistics.
3. User Accounts
To place orders or act as a delivery partner, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed through our website or mobile apps.
Prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering via approved payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Sanosfit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery and Refunds
Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
If you are not available to receive your order, the delivery may be cancelled without refund.
Refunds are provided at our discretion and only for valid cases such as non-delivery, incorrect items, or quality issues.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement through the app or website.
After this window, cancellations may not be accepted as food preparation begins immediately.
Sanosfit reserves the right to cancel any order due to operational or technical issues, with full refund provided.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Harass, abuse, or harm others, including delivery partners or customer support.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Provide false or misleading information.
8. Delivery Partner Responsibilities
Delivery partners must:
Provide valid identification and documentation.
Maintain accurate location tracking during active deliveries.
Treat customers and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
Adhere to UAE road and traffic laws.
Failure to comply may result in termination of access to the delivery platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Sanosfit and protected under UAE intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sanosfit will not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Delays or failure in performance due to force majeure events.
Any loss arising from reliance on incorrect information provided by users.
Our liability in any case will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
12. Amendments
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
